Delicious food, clean restaurant, great service!
We arrived at the busiest time of the night, but the wait was only 30 minutes. Great margaritas and of course the food was great! Jasmine was great as our waitress tonight! All around a great experience!
We absolutely loved this spot! The parking lot looked full so we worried about seating but they accommodated us immediately. We placed our orders and food/drinks/appetizers were nearly immediate! I rarely see service that fast! We were passing through from Maryland and were blown away by the hospitality, quality of service, and prices. The staff was so amazing, from being greeted at the door, to the servers, and even to the staffer clearing tables, they were so welcoming and attentive! Monterrey has some of the best Mexican food in this area. The quality is superb and everything is so fresh and cooked to order. The shrimp are cooked to perfection and they serve the large shrimp, not the small salad shrimp with each order. The zucchini and squash is also one of my favorites. If you want some good quality Mexican food , you won’t go wrong by Selecting Monterrey’s Mexican Restaurant on Washington Road!! Oh let me not forget the Margaritas are on point for those that need a little something extra to drink. Goota love it, I do!!
I eat here 4 times a week for lunch. The food is amazing and the servers are so nice. I'm huge on customer service and this location seems to know how to treat their patrons. The lunch menu prices are hard to beat with the amount of food you get. I will always recommend this place if you're in the mood for good Mexican food at a conservative price with outstanding service. I'm in and out in 30 minutes.
After moving from Atlanta I was looking for a good Mexican Restaurant & after trying several restaurant I have to say Monterrey is one of the best ones in Augusta. Everytime I visit I am always greeted with the biggest smile. The food is always fresh, delicious & everyone is AMAZING! They are very clean and during this pandemic they took extra precautions to make sure everything was sanitized.
There was a little problem with my reservation for 12 not being found when we arrived but we were quickly accommodated. Our server was just the best, friendly and efficient. As always, we eat here often, the food was great and served quickly. Our server noticed that we were celebrating two birthdays,had the singing and provided each celebant with a complimentary desert, a fun gathering.
I've been coming here for about five years. As a busy man, time is very important to me. Its never wasted here. They have never held me up or slowed me down. Service is always prompt and respectful. The food is delicious here and that standard is maintained no matter what. Couldn't recommend this place more.
